I would highly recommend Mickael, I’ve always wanted to learn how to ski and after booking 3hrs of lessons I would say I’m confident to go on the slopes alone. I’ve only ever skied once before, about 4 years ago, this was group lessons and I didn’t learn very much because I didn’t have that 1-1 coaching. Mickael is highly professional and experienced, he clearly loves his job and is patient. He gave clear directions and ensured I got my technique right before moving on. I wished I booked more hours with Mickael, as I would be even better. But I can’t rate him highly enough and he had the most competitive rates.

Out in Verbier with a group of friends who are all seasoned skiers we booked Mickael to teach our two 18 yrs old boys Ben and Luke to ski. We booked lessons for 3 hrs each day for their first three days and he was amazing - taking them from total beginners to confident skiers. They really enjoyed his lessons - he was a great teacher, patient, fun, 'super chill' and flexible as to where to meet and what to do. They couldn't have had anyone better. Mickael sent videos of their progress each day to us mums back at home which were lovely to receive and gave us comfort knowing what level they had achieved as they then got let loose with their friends for their last few days!

A top-notch, well-rounded ski instructor
I spent a day with Mickael in Crans skiing on the slopes for the first time, after some coaching on indoor slopes. He listened to my background with patience, tested out my skill in a learning area and was then able to construct a bespoke programme for me down some real slopes! I was very impressed with his pragmatism, empathy and finishing off my experience with cultural insights over lunch/food - sorting out the après-ski by making some phone calls. Looking forward to up my skill level with him next season.

Hi Mickael, it was a great experience at Crans-Montana. I had a 2 hour lesson to get the basics of off piste experience. The first 30 min was really good that I was given quick pointers to fix my skiing technique and flow in. Building confidence and control. The little and clear pointers and guideline that help me to progress so quickly. Showing me exactly where to work on. Then the off piste experience was really nice and guidelines. I really enjoy and recommend his lesson! Thanks again!

Down hill biking.
Yesterday, at the age of almost 60 years young, I tried something new..... Down hill biking! I hadn’t really been on a bike for around 40 years .... but it’s true.... it IS like riding a bike.... you don’t forget. I have my friend Liza to blame for this madness, and it seemed like a good idea at the time. Liza knows Mickael very well and uses his services very regularly in both summer and winter. What a day... Mickael is just amazing. He first had to explain the bike and how to use the brakes, gears etc.... they are SO technical these days! After gaining our confidence on the road we went off down some green and blue runs...Mickael was SO patient and polite and just so much fun. Without us realizing we were going down runs we would never have dreamed of. It proves you are never too old ! I will recommend Mickael to all my friends. I am hoping to do it again soon... and will certainly try and use his services for skiing in the winter. He really is the best instructor EVER.

Michael was a great ski instructor for us! We took private lessons for five days and our skills and confidence greatly improved in those days. He made fun with our children and was patient with the ‘difficult learning’ adult :). We received enough instructions to continue practicing and to ski all slopes in the area. Also liked the fact that we crossed the full domaine without sticking to certain slopes. Very punctual and easy communication. Summarized: highly recommend!

I had a 3 hour session with Mickael and I feel it was very complete. Being beginner I ended the class feeling very comfortable with going down red and black pists. je recommande fortement un journée hors piste avec Mickael à Verbier. nous sommes un groupe de 4 personnes (1 femme et 3 hommes entre 50 et 54 ans) catalans de Barcelone. samedi dernier après avoir contacté avec lui à travers internet, on a fait toute une journée hors.piste. Mickael nous a montré le fontionement du ARVA et on est parti faire des couloirs. il connait parfaitement tout le domaine skiable des 4 vallées. en plus il faisait plus de 8 jours avec très peu de enneigement. mais il à pus guider sur des pentes incroyables avec une tres belle neige. nous sommes les 4 ravis de vous recommander fortement Mickael pour avoir une expérience hors piste.

Cela fait 2 saisons que ma femme et moi prenons Mickael comme moniteur à Verbier. Avec lui nous sommes partis d'un niveau débutant et sommes arrivés à un niveau de ski qui nous permet de vraiment nous amuser. Il connait parfaitement les pistes et en plus d'être sympa, il est un excellent skieur de haut niveau avec lequel on est toujours en sécurité.
